INFORMATION ABOUT BOOKINGS

• To secure the booking we need a 30% deposit.
• Due to the bank transfer fees, the expenses must be paid by the tenant .
• Once the booking is made, you have 5 days to send the proof of payment to us by fax or e-mail.
• If we do not receive the proof of payment in this period, the pre booking will be cancelled.

• The balance is due upon arrival.
• Security deposit: when the rental contract is signed, you will give a credit card number valid as a security deposit.
• We will use it only in case of damages done to the accommodation due to the non-fulfilment of the good use and maintenance of it.
• In this case, we will notify you the amount of the damages and it will be charged to your account in 7 days after the departure.
